Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented Software Architect with extensive experience in AI Agent platforms to be a key player in designing and advancing our cutting-edge AI Agent Platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a visionary perspective on architecture, and the ability to steer engineering efforts without direct management roles. You will establish the foundation that enables developers to create, test, and deploy intelligent agents, utilizing our data insights, knowledge frameworks, and event-driven architecture.
Core Responsibilities
Define and lead the
architectural vision and technical roadmap
for the AI Agent Platform.
Develop
scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
for cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven environments.
Conduct
architecture reviews, proofs-of-concept, and intricate design problem-solving .
Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain
architectural integrity, quality assurance, and industry best practices .
Engage with product managers, UX designers, and developer relations to ensure alignment of technical designs with
business objectives and developer needs .
Establish and promote
best practices
regarding performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
Provide
technical mentoring and thought leadership
to engineering teams without direct management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years
of professional software development experience with a proven history in
system and platform architecture .
Hands-on experience
with AI Agent platforms, conversational AI, or intelligent automation systems (required).
Expert in
cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems .
Proficient in modern programming languages such as
Java or Python .
Experience in designing
developer platforms, SDKs, or APIs .
Strong grasp of
developer experience principles
including documentation and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with
security, authentication/authorization, and API management best practices .
Experience within
enterprise SaaS or healthcare systems
is highly desirable.
