Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator: Input vehicle information into the business management system Ensure seamless data flow across various DMS platforms Oversee deals in the business system to verify all information is complete and accurate Prepare deal paperwork packets for the Finance and Insurance department Ensure all deal documents returned from sales staff are accurate and complete Collect customer payments and forward them to accounting Monitor commission accuracy and payment procedures Prepare and proof registration paperwork Register vehicles via the online system Act as a liaison between sales and accounting teams Handle various state reporting requirements as needed Assist with additional projects as required Required Skills for the Sales Support Administrator: Strong understanding of dealership sales and accounting functions Familiarity with dealership DMS system operations Detail-oriented, organized, professional, and accurate Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel As a proud Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), we do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, disability, medical conditions, or any other protected characteristic.
