We are seeking a high‑energy communications professional to join an ambitious team that intends to transform the model of marketing communications in the A/E/C industry. The Communications Coordinator is an entry‑level role that supports a variety of marketing communications activities across the enterprise.

Hybrid Work Model DLR Group operates within a hybrid work model with a four‑day in‑office schedule and flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Successful Candidate Will

Contribute to brand‑standard compliant deliverables with minimal supervision.

Support internal and external marketing communications activity in alignment with the strategic plan, including firm events, award programs, media relations and marketing asset management.

Write copy, execute layout, assemble presentations and produce materials focused on target audiences’ needs.

Record project and people information in the firm database to ensure institutional knowledge.

Develop a deep understanding of DLR Group capabilities and differentiators in designated client verticals.

Champion DLR Group as a best‑in‑class brand by completing comprehensive quality control checks on materials.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design or similar.

0–2+ years of experience in a marketing, brand or communications department, preferably in the AEC or design industry.

Action‑oriented with a knack for managing multiple tasks across multiple interests.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience balancing a variety of demands while staying focused.

Growth mindset: desire to continually improve processes and outcomes.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; experience in Microsoft Suite including Teams.
