Leasing & Marketing Manager
to lead our leasing efforts, drive occupancy, and manage marketing strategies that showcase the lifestyle of our community.
What You’ll Do As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on all leasing activities and oversee marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents. Responsibilities include:
Leading the leasing team to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
Managing the leasing process from tours to move‑ins, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
Creating and executing property marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media, and outreach.
Monitoring market trends and competitor properties to keep strategies competitive.
Overseeing resident retention efforts, renewal processes, and resident events.
Training and mentoring leasing staff to provide top‑tier customer service.
Reporting leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to the Property Manager and leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in leasing, marketing, or property management (multi‑family preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of hitting leasing goals and occupancy targets.
Proficiency in property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
