As a brand ambassador and creative problem-solver, you’llplay a key role in supporting our Marketing team across a variety of customer-centric initiatives—no two days are ever the same. In this dynamic role,you’llwear many hats and contribute to projects that drive brand awareness and company growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and hasa strong senseof design and branding trends.You excel under pressure, maintain composure in fast-paced environments, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Market products by developing and implementing marketing / advertisingcampaigns; tracking sales data;maintainingpromotional materials inventory;planningmeetings;maintainingdatabases; preparing reports
Assistwith the coordination of site visits to ensure the organization is represented in the best light
Partner with internal/external customers/vendors and agencies to execute materials including social media, graphics,eventsand promotional items
Help develop marketing processes and SOPs to support organizational alignment, brandstandardsand best practices
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of both the department and organizational activities
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, Communication, Business,Statisticsor other relevant field AND/ORassociate'sdegree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Digital Marketing Experience: social media management (SMM), CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce/Pardot), CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics
Experience preparing presentation decks, visual reports, digital and print communications
B2B marketing experience with solid grasp on customer experience
Creative, entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ mindset – invested in continuous improvement
Portfolio of recent work preferred
Basic video / photo / design editing
Event and project management experience
Background in health care, pharma, lifesciencesor other regulated industries
