This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA

About the Role Weee! is looking for a talented, passionate Content Marketing Specialist to join our Vietnamese Marketing Team and help create high-impact campaigns for the Vietnamese community. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Merchandising and Product teams to build best-in-class in-app marketing content that drives key business metrics. This is a strong opportunity to grow with an entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute end to end content across in-app pages, website landing pages, email, and push notifications (English and Vietnamese) for the Vietnamese storefront, supporting weekly deals, seasonal promotions, and evergreen collections

Plan, launch, and optimize themed storefront activities and seasonal campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar to drive user engagement.

Curate customer‑centric content and SKU selections for Vietnamese customers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Use AI tools to enhance campaign creation, testing, and performance optimization.

Drive improvements to in‑app search by leading initiatives, running weekly reviews, and providing actionable feedback.

Improve Vietnamese language storefront translation and support translation requests as needed.

Partner with Growth marketing team and lifecycle marketing to identify new opportunities for new‑user growth.

Collaborate with the Product team on feature bundling and homepage improvements.

Provide weekly updates on content marketing performance to team members and Market leaders.

Skills and Qualifications:

1+ years of content marketing experience, including landing pages, email marketing, and push notifications.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in content marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

Strong grasp of content marketing fundamentals and copywriting best practices.

Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe, and Google Sheets required

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into action.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; native/bilingual Vietnamese and strong English proficiency required.

Deep understanding of the Vietnamese community, including taste preferences, food trends, and culture.

Experience in eCommerce or food delivery is a plus.

Passion for making delicious, fresh groceries accessible to everyone.

Compensation Range

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $70,304 - $75,000

This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
