Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Relationship Management & Growth:

Acquire new clients through direct/indirect channels and deepen existing relationships by offering tailored financial products.

Credit Assessment:

Prepare Comprehensive Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and resolve queries to secure approvals.

Portfolio Maintenance & Monitoring:

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewals, reviews, and monitoring of stock statements, insurance, and compliance.

Working Capital Solutions:

Offer products such as Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL), Letter of Credit (LC), Buyers Credit, and Overdrafts.

Risk Management & Recovery:

Identify potential stressed accounts and initiate recovery actions, such as, restructuring, or reducing exposure.

Revenue Generation:

Achieve sales targets for both fee-based income (trade services) and fund-based interest income.

Cross-Selling:

Promote additional banking products including Treasury, Cash Management Services (CMS), and Current Accounts.
