Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in West Des Moines, IA, for a New Home Sales Professional. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding prospective homebuyers through the purchasing process. Responsibilities include showcasing model homes, developing strong relationships with clients, explaining purchase agreements, and staying updated on market trends and features of Hubbell Homes. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, actively follow up with leads, and collaborate with the sales and construction teams to deliver a seamless home‑buying experience.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, with the ability to effectively meet targets and build relationships.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and communication.

Knowledge of the real estate market and previous experience in new home sales or property‑related fields is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and following sales protocols.

Proficiency in property‑specific software and familiarity with standard office applications.

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
