Job Description The Brand Engagement and Sales Executive will play a key role in representing Skillbridge Academy’s brand, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position combines consultative sales expertise with brand positioning initiatives to ensure consistent engagement with clients and partners. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and skilled at building long-term business relationships while maintaining a strong understanding of brand standards and market strategy.

Responsibilities

Represent Skillbridge Academy’s brand with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads

Present services and solutions in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide performance reports

Support brand visibility initiatives and local outreach efforts

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation and consultative selling abilities

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation capabilities

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Proficiency in CRM systems and basic business software tools
