Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Director of Marketing, East Coast
Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the day‑to‑day marketing efforts for the Greenwich Brokerage and its agents while developing and executing local marketing strategies aligned with regional and brand objectives. This role combines hands‑on marketing execution, agent‑facing support, people management, and strategic planning, serving as a key partner to the Director of Marketing, East Coast and brokerage leadership.
Key Responsibilities Agent & Brokerage Marketing Support
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for agents, delivering marketing solutions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of agent satisfaction.
Develop, produce, and oversee marketing materials for listings, agents, and brokerage initiatives, including print and digital advertising, email campaigns, social media content, brochures, postcards, and property‑specific websites.
Strategically create agent listing presentations and customized marketing plans to support business development and secure new listings.
Assist with listing launches and ongoing maintenance, including photography coordination, copywriting support, and vendor management.
Provide ongoing agent support related to social media strategy, marketing best practices, brand standards, and compliance with Fair Housing and state/local regulations.
Work closely with agents on marketing plans, new listing launches, presentations, and bespoke collateral.
Advertising, Sponsorships & Partnerships
Oversee advertisement reservations, including communication with publications, review of media kits, management of contracts, and ensuring deadlines and scope are met.
Manage local sponsorships and partnerships, liaising with external representatives and creating engaging content and collateral to support these initiatives.
Brokerage Communications & Presentations
Support brokerage meetings by sharing marketing updates, distributing collateral, and communicating initiatives from brokerage leadership and the brand.
Team Leadership & People Management
Directly manage and mentor local marketing staff, providing guidance, workload prioritization, performance feedback, and professional development support.
Ensure consistent execution of marketing standards and workflows across the team.
Strategy, Budget & Planning
Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for the brokerage and agents.
Assist in managing the regional marketing budget, charges, and tracking spend.
Liaise with administrative teams regarding agent recoveries and financial processes related to marketing expenditures.
Oversee the day‑to‑day management of local marketing commitments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.
Agent Onboarding & Training
Lead the marketing portion of agent onboarding, ensuring new agents are trained on marketing systems, tools, and brand standards, and have necessary collateral to launch successfully.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in real estate, luxury, or professional services marketing
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and marketing contracts
Demonstrated leadership or people‑management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of brand standards, compliance, and Fair Housing regulations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
