What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive and division team members
Manage executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Compose routine executive correspondence and maintain official documents and records
Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel for executive review
Serve as recording secretary for meetings, including scheduling and transcribing minutes
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent GED
5-7 years of office/clerical experience
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Completion of business-related courses
3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Familiarity with executive correspondence and meeting management
