Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays (8:00am–2:00pm)
At Cromwell Automotive, we are looking for the person who keeps the entire service department organized and moving. This role requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment where there is rarely a dull moment.
Responsibilities
Provide strong phone communication with a variety of customer types
Greet customers and accurately document repair needs
Write clear repair orders and communicate with technicians
Provide accurate estimates and timelines
Schedule appointments and manage workflow
Order parts and coordinate repairsMaintain proper inventory levels using Tekmetric management software
Assist with counter sales for automotive and outdoor power equipment
What We Are Looking For
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable discussing repairs and pricing
Outdoor power equipment knowledge strongly preferred
Familiarity with 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines
Compensation
$20–$35 per hour based on experience
