We are currently looking for a Product Market Coordinator. The Product Marketing Coordinator supports product-focused marketing initiatives within the general aviation industry by managing product content, catalogs, email campaigns, and social media execution. This role ensures accurate, compelling, and consistent product messaging across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in content development, digital marketing, and catalog management for technical products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product content across websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital catalogs.
Coordinate product updates, revisions, and promotions across marketing channels.
Maintain product data and digital assets within PIM/DAM and CMS platforms.
Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of product information.
Content Creation & Campaign Support
Write and edit product descriptions, landing page content, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
Create and manage content for social media channels, including product highlights and educational posts.
Support development and execution of email marketing campaigns and promotions.
Maintain content calendars for email and social platforms.
Source, manage, and coordinate external contractors (e.g., photographers, videographers, designers) to support marketing initiatives.
Digital & Social Execution
Schedule and publish social media content across company platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and assist with community management.
Support trade show promotion, influencer outreach, and event marketing initiatives.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align messaging and promotions.
Support distributor marketing programs and partner communications.
Track performance of campaigns and content, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to technical detail.
Experience managing product catalogs, structured content, and digital assets.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Interest in aviation, technical products, or manufacturing environments preferred.
