About the Role
This large national insurance broker is seeking a qualified individual to help lead their operational growth for their commercial lines Property and Casualty division. The ideal candidate will have previous agency-side experience, be a strong technical expert in training and development, and can be a liaison between multiple internal departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with internal operational leaders in technology, finance, account management, and sales to provide long-term strategic planning
Analyze data sets to turn reporting into actionable items for all teams
Work closely with carrier and vendor partners to ensure data integrity and transfer is lining up with projections
Communicate with finance and accounting to coordinate efforts on resources for clients
Provide guidance for account transfers as they come into the new business pipeline and information flows through the agency portal
Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in operations for either a retail insurance agency or large insurance company
Strong understanding of commercial P&C products and procedures a must
Experience with communications, training, operational efficiency, data analytics, and technology
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks $85-100,000 + full benefits package + hybrid schedule
