Overview

The eCommerce Business Analytics team is an integral part of the eCommerce & Customer Marketing team. This individual will collaborate with key cross-functional partners to improve the strategy, insights, and analytics and work to integrate important analytical projects into the business. Responsibilities

Analyze overall business health performance, develop a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, and provide detailed performance insights to cross-functional teams to drive the business. Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning. Support process improvements to ensure manual reporting and monitoring are acted upon and drive performance in market. Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce analytics. Ability to influence and attention to detail are instrumental. Create appropriate documentation and training that enables stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommended system modifications, and development policies for data governance. Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of proven experience in Data Science, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field. Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred. Leadership skills to manage projects from start to finish without the need for oversight. Advanced in Excel with the ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets. Technical proficiency in SQL, R, Python preferred. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Ability to tell a story using data and insights. Ability to think strategically about information that will help stakeholders make data-driven business decisions and to communicate the value of this information effectively. Comfort with unstructured data. Compensation & Benefits

New Hire Base Salary Range $89,800.00 - $112,200.00 Bonus

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
