Description

Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational processes.

Lead cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies in engineering and manufacturing workflows.

Drive the deployment of Continuous Improvement tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Standard Work.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements.

Facilitate kaizen events and provide training and guidance to employees on continuous improvement practices.

Collaborate with leadership to align improvement initiatives with overall business objectives.

Implement and sustain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during process enhancements.

Profile

Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field.

Minimum 6 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

A strong background in engineering and manufacturing processes within the technology and telecoms industry.

Proven ability to lead and implement process improvement initiatives.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, AS9100, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Analytical skills to evaluate data and identify improvement opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven experience leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with strong hands‑on deployment of CI tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, RCA).

Ability to analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable gains in quality, cost, and delivery.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, partnering effectively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and leadership teams.

Experience mentoring teams at all levels on CI methodologies and building a continuous‑improvement culture.

Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance requirements such as AS9100 or similar industry standards.

Demonstrated success running kaizen events, developing KPIs, and delivering ROI‑supported improvement projects.
