Business Development Representative
to help expand both divisions and support our next level of success.
The Opportunity As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of Express and SRG to new and existing clients. Your mission: build strong relationships, uncover hiring needs, and partner with our recruiting team to deliver high-quality placements.
This is a revenue-impact role — ideal for someone who loves connection, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career in business development.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through outbound outreach, prospecting, and networking
Hold qualified discovery conversations and present EEP & SRG’s value proposition
Build and deepen relationships with key clients and decision-makers
Maintain a strong weekly cadence of sales activity and pipeline management
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure exceptional client service and placement success
Represent the brands professionally in person, on the phone, and through digital channels

What You Bring
1–3 years of sales, account management, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet weekly activity expectations
Strong presentation and communication skills
Professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits

100% tied to company revenue generated, with uncapped commission potential
