Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive positioning across LATAM countries Partner closely with exclusive distributors and suggest strategies to drive growth in parts and lubricants sales Develop data-driven growth plans and strategic recommendations Build dashboards, financial models, and executive presentations (Excel & PowerPoint) Support after-sales initiatives and regional business development strategies Travel up to 30% across Latin America to strengthen distributor relationships Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, modeling) Experience in market analysis, sales analysis, or after-sales support Comfortable working B2B with distributors and regional partners Strategic thinker with strong presentation and communication skills Willingness to travel internationally Experience in auto parts, lubricants, OEM, or industrial products (preferred) Exposure to Latin American markets Experience working with distributor networks (preferred) If you’re ready to influence regional growth, work cross-culturally, and make data driven decisions in a global organization, we want to hear from you.
