A Day in the Life The Account Executive drives sales revenue to achieve year over year growth and exceed sales budget.
Represents authority in the industry and influences retailer associates through sales, education, and artistry.
When in-store the Account Executive sells side by side with teams, educates on newness and core SKU and develops relationships with store leadership.
Requirements
3+ years in retail or service industry
3+ years of beauty or retail management
Strong interpersonal communication & empathy skills
Must possess strong judgment skills
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneNote & Teams)
Responsibilities
Sales‑Driven In‑Store Activities:
Drive financial results in store to maintain year‑over‑year growth and meet or exceed sales plan.
Demonstrate solid understanding of sales, product knowledge and retail market to create & execute territory strategies that drive growth of retail sales, newness and core SKUs.
Accelerate consumer conversion through education, artistry & coaching of retailer employees.
Retain training effectiveness through daily micro‑training and other learning initiatives.
Build an inclusive, supportive team culture in store, partnering with L’Oréal Luxe brands and other categories.
Execute and lead in‑store events to correspond with product launches and initiatives.
Create an atmosphere of positivity, celebrating and recognizing performance, encouraging open communication, and setting professionalism standards.
Be the expert in retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
Accelerate customer acquisition and retention via client management, visual merchandising, and collaborative relationships with store leadership.
Provide insight on customer shopping behaviors, competitor insights, and beauty trend changes.
Evaluate and monitor inventory levels, escalating needs to optimize sales.
Utilize virtual tools such as Glam Lab and Color IQ to customize the customer experience.
Analyze Luxe dashboards to monitor achievement, newness, core SKU performance, and sales trends.
Collaborate with N+1 to forecast sales plans and develop door plans.
Recruit, hire, and train freelancers to meet sales budgets, evaluate monthly performance, and adjust hour allocations.
What We Offer
Salary Range: $82,000–$116,800 (variable by factors such as location, experience, education, skill level)
