Role Overview

The Global Marketing and Proposals manager is responsible for supporting the preparation and management of PrivatPort’s tender process, ensuring that high-quality, well-formatted documents are delivered on time. In this role you will also assist with managing our social media presence, with a particular focus on our LinkedIn channel, ensuring premium brand positioning across the network. Coordination and management of PrivatPort’s tender submissions, working closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather the necessary information and ensure all deadlines are met. Preparation of high-quality tender documents, ensuring all content is well organised, professional and appealing. Ensure the overall presentation and formatting of tender documents meets the highest standards of quality. Marketing and Social media

Assist in managing and curating content for PrivatPort’s LinkedIn page. Publish posts, engage with followers, and help build our presence as we prepare for future growth. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content aligns with the company’s brand and strategy. Administrative support

Assist in managing the workflow and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely project delivery. Support any other ad-hoc tasks as needed in the area of marketing and communications. Required experiences and skills

We are looking for a proactive and detailed orientated individual, ideal for a recent graduate, in your final year of university, or have completed an internship within the last 6 months. Educational background in Marketing, Design, Communications, Hospitality, or the Luxury Industry, is preferred. Some experience with tender processes, social media management, or content creation is desired, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a strong asset. A good eye for design, presentation, and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media best practices is a plus. Highly motivated individual, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the company. This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
