Role Overview We’re hiring a versatile Creative Producer who can wear multiple hats across editing, design, and content marketing. Your core focus will be
video editing and graphic design , with additional responsibility for
behind-the-scenes (BTS) content ,
organic social marketing , and—over time— paid
ad creative development. This is a
B2C
role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take a concept from idea to polished, on-brand creative.
Key Responsibilities
Over time, contribute to
ad creative
(concepting, editing versions, hooks, cutdowns, variations for testing).
Edit short-form and long-form video content for B2C audiences (social-first, high-retention pacing).
Design on-brand static and motion assets (thumbnails, social posts, story formats, simple animations).
Produce and edit BTS content (capturing, structuring, and polishing behind-the-scenes narratives).
Support organic marketing by creating platform-native content and iterating based on performance signals.
Collaborate with marketing/product/production to translate briefs into clear creative deliverables.
Build and maintain simple creative systems (templates, folders, naming conventions, brand consistency).
Required Qualifications
Experience in
video editing and design
in a consumer (B2C) context.
Strong portfolio showing both
editing
(short-form preferred) and
design
(brand-consistent assets).
Proven ability to create BTS / lifestyle-style content that feels authentic and engaging.
Solid understanding of organic social content formats and best practices (hooks, pacing, captions).
Comfortable working across multiple projects with tight timelines and frequent iteration.
Non-negotiable:
Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar). Candidates must have ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies; without this remote and cross-time-zone collaboration experience, applications will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating or iterating
paid
social ad creatives (Meta/TikTok/YouTube) and versioning for testing.
Basic motion graphics skills (simple kinetic text, transitions, compositing).
Copy instincts for on-screen text, hooks, CTAs, and captions.
Experience working with creators or production teams (on-set or post-production workflows).
Tools & Technology
Adobe
Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) for editing
After Effects (nice-to-have for motion)
Photoshop
/ Illustrator (or
Figma / Canva
for design workflows)
Frame.io (or similar) for reviews and approvals
Social scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Sprout)
