Position Summary The Marketing Manager leads and executes marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives that support company growth and partner success. This role works closely with multiple departments to gather information, align priorities, and deliver high-impact projects. Success in this position requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Translate company vision into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.

Partner with internal teams to collect information and coordinate project execution.

Manage marketing schedules, budgets, and resources.

Track performance through data, analytics, and market insights.

Monitor customer trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Develop high-performing initiatives and scalable marketing processes.

May manage subordinate staff, vendors, contracts, and outsourced projects.

Ensure projects and departmental goals are completed on time and within budget.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs.

Lead with professionalism and accountability.

Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.

Promote trust, transparency, and teamwork.

Maintain a solutions-focused approach.

Adaptability & Flexibility This role requires the ability to pivot and adjust responsibilities as company and partner needs evolve. The Marketing Manager is expected to embrace change, take on new initiatives as directed, and contribute wherever needed to support organizational success.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of marketing functions and best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
