Associate Manager Corporate Communications

Event Communications
to shape and deliver clear, consistent communications across NXP’s global events portfolio. In this role, you will translate technological topics, business priorities and event objectives into compelling, on-brand content across our event-related channels and audience touchpoints.
Based in Austin and working globally, you will work closely with team members across marketing, sales communications, brand, digital and PR to ensure NXP shows up at Tier 1 industry events, conferences and technical customer days with clarity, consistency and purpose.
What you’ll do Own event communications across the lifecycle
Manage communications across the full event lifecycle: pre-event, on-site and post-event
Translate event objectives, technical themes and stakeholder input into clear, structured communication plans
Ensure all event communications align with NXP’s tone of voice, brand narrative and business priorities
Create and manage event content
Develop, edit and coordinate a wide range of event-related communications, including:
Email invitations and nurture campaigns
Social media campaigns
Sales enablement toolkits
Website and landing page content
Key messages, talking points and supporting copy for on-site use
Post-event follow-up communications and content amplification
Collaborate with internal teams (video, design, social, digital and editorial) and external agency partners to deliver high-quality content
Support cross-functional teams
Act as the central event communications partner for the event team, business line marketing teams and sales
Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and help align messaging across teams and channels
Maintain quality, clarity and consistency
Edit content for clarity, accuracy and tone of voice
Apply consistent structure and messaging across all event communications
Develop templates, guidelines and best practices to help scale event communications globally
What you bring
3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, content or marketing communications
Corporate and/or agency background
English as a native language
Proven ability to translate complex technical and business topics into clear, engaging communications plans for different audiences
Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for clarity, structure and tone
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, brand, PR and external partners
Hands‑on experience with email, social and digital communication channels
Outside the box thinking with an affinity for innovation and solutions seeking.
Minimum requirements
Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism or a related field
Skilled storyteller
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with a bias to action
Enthusiastic and self‑motivated with the ability to see the big picture
Highly organized, with an ability to multi‑task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Ultimate team‑player
Knowledge of social and digital media
Strong technical interest and aptitude
