Hey — we’re hiring a
Content Creator
to help build the world of
Medtronica , a functional, lightly carbonated beverage rooted in
underground / after-hours electronic music culture .
This role is for someone who can translate a real nightlife point of view into consistent social output—without turning it into generic wellness.
The role: Unpaid internship – Electronic music.
What we’re building Medtronica is a
functional drink
designed for nightlife and beyond:
Primary use case:
club / after-hours / social nights
Secondary use cases:
pre-going out, next-day recovery, daily focus
Function priority:
hydration/electrolytes + mood/clarity + steady energy (not “max stim”)
Flavor direction:
tropical + citrus,
clean finish
(no syrupy / artificial vibe)
Our Miami launch is culturally specific: creative/underground + chill/social, confident but not loud.
What you’ll do Content creation
Produce weekly short-form video (Reels/TikTok) that captures Medtronica’s after-hours energy: warm, human, immersive.
Capture lifestyle moments that feel real in low light (club environments, street-level, pregame, after).
Create “vibe-first” photo sets that can be used for posts, stories, and brand assets.
Edit quickly and cleanly (rhythm, pacing, sound, typography when needed).
Creative direction + consistency
Build repeatable content series (e.g., “after-hours objects,” “soundcheck,” “night receipts,” “what’s in the bag,” etc.).
Develop a visual language that works in darkness: shadow, atmospheric color, texture, movement.
Maintain brand guardrails: no sterile wellness minimalism, no neon mainstage EDM, no loud energy-drink framing.
Community + culture
Stay tapped into local scenes (especially Miami): venues, DJs, promoters, micro-communities.
Help identify and coordinate with creators/photographers when needed.
Support launches, drops, and event moments with rapid turnaround content.
What we’re looking for
You have a real relationship to electronic music culture (underground > mainstream).
You can shoot and edit short-form content that doesn’t look like ads.
You understand how to make a product feel inevitable through world-building, not hard selling.
You can work fast, stay organized, and hit weekly deliverables without losing taste.
You can create in
low-light environments
and make it look intentional.
Bonus
You’ve worked with nightlife brands, venues, DJs, or beverage/CPG.
You can do basic motion graphics / type overlays.
You have a distinct eye for texture, shadow, and “in the room” realism.
Deliverables (example weekly cadence)
1 short-form videos/week (TikTok + Reels)
5 story frames/week
3 photo carousels/week
1 content concept doc/month (series, formats, experimentation)
(Exact cadence will flex based on events + production days.)
Location + availability
Remote
(launch market), with regular night/weekend capture expected.
Hybrid/contract to start, with potential to expand.
To apply
Your portfolio (TikTok/IG links are perfect)
3 examples of content you’ve made that feels
nightlife / culture-first
A short note: what scene(s) you’re closest to and why you’re right for Medtronica
— Medtronica
