Subaru of Naples is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with experience in automotive sales to join our growing dealership team in Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through prospecting, walk-in traffic, and referral business

Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-up activity, and pipeline management

Deliver professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations on new and used Subaru vehicles

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

Close automotive sales using a consultative sales approach

Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Maintain consistent follow-up and activity levels to achieve sales goals

Collaborate with management and team members to meet dealership objectives

Qualifications

1+ years of automotive sales

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience using CRM systems or sales software preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Professional appearance and presentation

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
