
Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Person)

The Role We’re seeking a driven, energetic, people-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Las Vegas team. This is an in-person role focused on initiating conversations, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. The BDR will be on the front lines of our growth, representing CF Outsourcing Solutions to healthcare decision-makers and positioning our services as long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage healthcare organizations through outbound calls, emails, and in-person outreach
Qualify leads by understanding operational challenges related to staffing and operational workflows
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales leaders
Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline notes in the CRM
Attend local networking events, meetings, and industry functions as needed
Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
Interest in healthcare, outsourcing, or BPO solutions (experience is a plus, not required)
Ability to work in person from our Las Vegas office
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus
Must have reliable transportation
