Commission-based pay as a 1099 representative
Reliable transportation + smartphone
Vehicle capable of hauling a ladder
Strong communication skills and consistent responsiveness
A serious desire to learn, grow, and develop with the team
Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience climbing, inspecting, or estimating residential/commercial projects
Familiarity with insurance and contractor estimates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Sales or customer service experience
