We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to help drive new business opportunities.
About the Role You’ll be a key part of our outreach efforts—connecting with prospective clients, following up with leads, and helping schedule qualified appointments.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through phone, email, and text outreach
Follow up with inbound leads and re-engage past prospects
Schedule qualified appointments and manage ongoing communication
Track outreach activity and maintain accurate CRM notes
Support marketing initiatives through event follow-up and campaign engagement
Attend select educational events as an on-site team representative in Greenville & Clemson, SC & Asheville, NC
Collaborate closely with advisors, operations, and marketing to ensure a strong client experience
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building
CRM experience is a plus
Prior sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
