print). Don’t be shy! We are looking for a talented and highly motivated designer. Our designers must have strong design and technical skills to help develop internal corporate brands and supporting brochures, posters, postcards, websites, graphic emails and interactive projects as well as the ability to work as part of a team in the creation of unique, strategic work at every stage of the process — from concept through production. Adjectives used to describe you should include “driven,” “detail-oriented” and “creative.” To best collaborate with PartnerComm’s Creative Team, we require that you work on-site, five days a week at our Dallas location in Oaklawn.
Job Responsibilities
Design modern web components for desktop and mobile, including emails and digital collateral like interactive guides, digital signs, presentation decks, etc. that support internal strategy and promotional campaigns
Apply visual concepts and ideas to create beautiful, compelling websites that elevate the user experience
Develop innovative branding ideas for large clients
Gather requirements and condense complex concepts into a functional, interactive prototype
Leverage and evolve the PartnerComm design system by identifying and using design patterns for re-usability
Maintain knowledge on best practices in user-centered design and technology to help create engaging websites and tools for our clients and users
Be willing to step outside of your regular duties and comfort zone to complete project objectives successfully and on-time
Ensure adherence to web best practices like web accessibility, client standards, and brand guidelines
Conduct QA/QC web reviews to identify design inconsistencies between comps and staging website by creating tickets for developers in Zoho
Job Qualifications
5+ years of digital design experience
Proficient in industry standard UX/web design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools
Must be organized and able to independently maintain project details, artwork, and photography naming conventions
Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS for web and email design best practices
Understands how typography, photography, graphics, and elements of design work together for a well-rounded design
Detail-oriented with a natural eye for design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in working within cross-functional teams
