We partner closely with ag‑retailers, cooperatives, and distributors to extend our impact across the ag value chain, and we’re looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to help bring those partnerships to life.
Role Overview This position will execute co-marketing initiatives, manage partner enablement content, and support joint marketing campaigns with partners. The Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with both the marketing and partnership teams to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and execution.
What You’ll Do Partner Campaigns & Co-Marketing
Execute co-branded marketing campaigns in partnership with the Channel Manager – Ag Retail
Translate the partner strategy set by the Director of Partnerships into clear, effective marketing execution
Create and manage partner enablement materials (sales collateral, one-pagers, training resources)
Plan and support joint webinars, trade shows, and partner events, including booth logistics and on-site support ensuring goals are clear and ROI is measured
Track partner marketing performance, sharing insights with Marketing and Partnerships
Partner Enablement & Content
Create and maintain partner enablement materials, including:
Sales collateral
One-pagers and pitch decks
Training resources and talking points
Support partner onboarding by ensuring they have the right marketing assets to represent TractionAg effectively
Events, Trade Shows & Booth Management
Support and manage TractionAg’s partnership presence at trade shows, conferences, and partner events
Assist booth logistics, including:
Booth setup support
Swag, signage, and collateral readiness
On-site execution and teardown support
Coordinate with partners on shared booth space, joint sponsorships, or co-hosted events
Measurement & Optimization
Track and report on partner marketing performance, including:
Campaign engagement
Lead flow and partner-sourced pipeline
Event outcomes and follow-up effectiveness
Share insights with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to improve future campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a day-to-day bridge between the Marketing and Partnerships teams
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to keep partner initiatives moving forward.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B, partner, or field/event marketing
Experience supporting trade shows or live events (booth management a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20–30% for partner meetings and event
Ag-tech, ag-retail, or SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirement
