Referral Outreach Marketing Manager – South Florida Region
D4C Dental Brands is a leading network dedicated to advancing children’s oral health. As the largest and fastest-growing pediatric dental and orthodontic specialty network in the United States, D4C Dental Brands focuses on providing support that enables high-quality patient care. Our efforts are guided by a mission to elevate standards in pediatric and orthodontic care. We exclusively serve practices that specialize in the oral health of children and teens, creating healthier smiles and brighter futures. This is a field-based marketing and relationship role — thinksales + event coordination, not digital marketing. The person in this role builds relationships with dentists, pediatricians, and community partners to grow patient referrals. You’ll be out in the community daily meeting people, dropping off materials, coordinating lunches, attending events, and representing the practices. We’re looking for someone who: Is outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking to anyone Has a polished, professional presence Enjoys networking and face-to-face interaction (not a desk job) Can stay organized and follow up consistently Is self-motivated and can manage their own schedule You’ll travel locally throughout South Florida using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) and work closely with office teams to support growth. This is a full-time position offering benefits. Qualifications
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including Referral Marketing and Digital Marketing. Strong skills in professional relationship building, networking, and collaboration with healthcare providers and other stakeholders. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and creating actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, with attention to detail in written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
