
The Engagement Leadplays a pivotal rolewithin the communities we work in,deepening connections withparticipants andaudiences while devising and implementing strategies to attract new ones. This position focuses on creating and leading innovative engagement projects and activities that ensure the company’s artistic endeavors are accessible and relevant.Additionally, theroleensures the excellent continuation of our Young Company, YouthTheatreand educational outreach programs, fostering a robust, inclusive, andjoyous relationship withnew writingand theatre.
Contract Type:
Part Time (Permanent) Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days per week). Attendance at team meetings isrequiredin person, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office..On occasions,additionalhoursmaybe necessary to fulfil the requirements of the post, including evenings and weekends, and travel whenrequired.Pentabus will alwaysagreethesewith reasonable notice andoperatesTime Off in Lieu (TOIL), withadditionalpayment only in exceptional circumstances. Holiday: 25 daysper annum pro rata plusstatutory bank holidays Pensions & Benefits: Within 3 months you will be enrolled into NOW Pensionsin accordance withstatutory deadlines and contributions.
