About the Role We are looking for a
Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
to join our growing
Sales Team , reporting directly to the
Vice President of Sales and Marketing . This is a forward‑facing, customer‑centric role focused on business development and relationship management within the civil and military aerospace sector.
This position offers a clear career progression path, with the potential to step into a
Business Unit Manager
role within 2‑5 years. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and shaping the future of our aerospace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively acquire new business in collaboration with Sales and Engineering teams.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Support contract reviews and negotiate pricing agreements.
Contribute to the Business Plan by setting and achieving booking and sales targets.
Conduct technical market research to identify new opportunities.
Provide insights for the product roadmap based on market demands.
Represent the company at industry fairs and events.
Work closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in sales or project management within the aerospace industry (civil or military).
Technical degree preferred (but not required).
Knowledge of aviation technology and regulations is a plus.
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results‑driven approach.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset – a thinker and doer who takes accountability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
Strong proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
Willingness to travel (30‑50%).
