Job Summary/Background We are seeking competitive and motivated Landscape Design/Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in designing and selling large-scale full backyard designs. You will be expected to hit the ground running and contribute to our continued success. As the company continues to grow, we will be adding to our sales team.
Proven experience creating full property/landscape plans is preferred
Proficient in Pool Studio, Dynascape, or similar CAD/design software
Understanding of engineering principles and township rules/regulations preferred
Highly skilled in presentation and customer communication.
Proven ability to connect and develop strong relationships with clients.
Team player, self-starter, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct appointments with clients in a timely manner.
Project Management: Manage a heavy workload while communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
Negotiation: Engage in discussions with clients to secure agreements that meet both their needs and the company’s objectives.
Design Proposals: Quickly turnaround landscape/hardscape designs and create itemized proposals tailored to client specifications.
Presentations: Present proposed designs to prospective clients, explaining the design and construction process.
Documentation: Create and disseminate necessary documentation post-sale, including design, engineering, construction, and permitting documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Team to ensure projects are built per design and exceed homeowner expectations.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and installation process.
