Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking an Associate Account Coordinator to join our customer service team! Are you ready to make a difference? Great Northern is a leading developer and manufacturer of creative solutions for packaging, shipping, merchandising and distributing products for industrial, commercial and retail markets.
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Hourly wage ranges between $23.00-$24.00
Our Account Coordinators are Responsible For:
Providing direct interface to the customers, account manager, project manager, management, technical coordinator, scheduler, fulfillment and production to update account pricing and resolve inquiries, questions and problems to complete orders on time.
Processes requests for quotes and samples working with design, estimating, technical services and programs.
Processes all orders following department procedures and policies utilizing customer service programs.
For new projects, works with technical services and sales to collect customer specifications and production requirements for the creation of the factory ticket.
Estimate new product costs based on materials cost guidelines.
Ensures all information is provided to accounting to establish new accounts, and for the timely invoicing of all shipments, customer supplied tooling and materials.
Provides coverage to other account coordinators accounts when they are out of the office , or workload demands additional support.
Effective use of the following computer programs: Imaginera, Operating System, WebCenter Intranet, Microsoft Word, Nulogy, Intelex, Kiwi and Microsoft Excel programs.
Our Associate Account Coordinator Will Possess:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and post-secondary education (preferred)
A minimum of two years experience in a customer relations position and/or two years corrugated experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet service and quality standards of our Customers and Great Northern – CF.
