Job Description BROAD FUNCTION As a member of the Enrollment Management team and reporting to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Development, the CRM Administrator is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of the College's customer relationship management system (CRM) Technolutions Slate. The CRM Administrator will serve as the primary administrator, database architect, manager of daily operations and data integrity, and optimizing processes for enrollment management.

With a focus on achieving OCC's enrollment goals, this position will oversee all aspects of system functionality including user access, data management, data integrity, system and process design, application and reader workflows, communication plans, and technical support to users. The CRM Administrator will manage Enrollment Management systems' projects and focus on efficiencies, system optimization, governance, and collaborative system use. This position will help support strategic and innovative work to meet enrollment goals. Day to day responsibilities also involve improvements and recommendations for Slate, developing/maintaining system access governance, and serving as the primary technical and systems Slate expert for OCC.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary administrator of Slate for OCC, overseeing all aspects of system functionality.

Configure, customize, and update Slate forms, queries, portals, and communication tools, automation rules, and all aspects of the Slate environment.

Manage and maintain the data integration between Slate and other OCC systems (i.e. student information systems (Colleague)).

Identify and implement, through a collaborative effort, improvements in OCC process through Slate, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and enhanced user experience for both applicants and staff.

Develop and manage workflows to streamline application review processes, and communication with prospective students.

Design and generate customized reports and dashboards to track admissions process, analyze data, and inform strategic decision-making.

Provide hands‑on training, support, and troubleshooting assistance for all users on Slate usage and best practices.

Create and update user guides, documentation, and resources for staff to maximize the effective use of Slate.

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of applicant data by maintaining and enforcing data security protocols.

Regularly audit the system for errors, inconsistencies, or security risks, and address them promptly.

Lead projects related to system usage, system upgrades, feature enhancements, and process improvements, including coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Stay current with Slate updates, releases, and best practices to continuously improve the system's performance and capabilities.

Assist and help with events as needed within the Enrollment areas.

Track and analyze Slate statistics for open rates, usage trends, perform usability studies, and recommend and implement data informed improvements.

Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college, university or foreign equivalency.

Three (3) years of experience working in a Higher Education environment to include(2) years of experience supporting students in an Admissions environment.

Hands on experience using a CRM.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college, university or foreign equivalency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across offices and with multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and timely with high attention to detail.

Strong proficiency with Slate.

Experience using Slate to build applications, forms, queries/reports, and workflows.

Background in project management, process improvement, and system implementation/management.

Solid understanding of Admissions, Admissions processing, communication workflows, recruitment, etc.

Demonstrated leadership experience.

Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, openness to change and accountability. Works within a team environment, providing support to and collaboration with colleagues.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. English and another language will be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to drive a project from concept to completion.

Ability to explain complicated technical concepts to a non‑technical audience with ease.

Comfortable speaking in front of an audience. Able to present new ideas and discussions to gain feedback and support among the campus community.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Able to see the bigger picture and think "outside the box". Adept at noticing and identifying problems. Proactive at finding and recommending multiple creative solutions to a variety of challenging problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with end users.

Additional Information

Salary range is:$44,000 - $55,000,commensurate with credentials and relevant experience.
