Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alliances Manager to lead and expand our relationship with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and nurturing strategic alliances that drive mutual growth, enhance joint offerings, and create long-term value for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy to strengthen the relationship with Salesforce.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce Sales/Partner organizations, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Identify and pursue joint business development opportunities with Salesforce to drive revenue growth.
Align internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, with partner objectives to ensure successful go-to-market initiatives.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance.
Build, maintain, and manage partner plans with Salesforce.
Align sales teams and drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
Track and report on partner performance, joint initiatives, and the impact of alliances on overall business goals.
Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to promote joint capabilities.
Stay informed about partner roadmaps, product updates, and market trends to identify new collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in alliances or partner management, with a minimum of 3 years in the marketing technology space.
Must have previous partnership experience with Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and SAS.
Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strategic relationships with enterprise technology providers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of driving revenue through partner collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend events.
Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives.
Preferred Skills
Experience in joint go-to-market planning and execution.
Familiarity with channel sales and partner enablement strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate partner performance data into actionable insights.
