Job Summary Join our team at Brightway Insurance - Fort Collins as an Insurance Agent, where you will have the opportunity to work with over 100 insurance carriers and provide expert advice to clients, offering them more choices than any other independent agent. As an Insurance Agent, you will be part of a talented team working both independently and collaboratively to guide clients through important financial decisions.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working existing leads and leveraging relationships
Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust as their go-to insurance advisor
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information
Qualifications
Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license
High school diploma
Must be 18 years of age
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Required Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service skills
Analytical skills
Proven understanding of the insurance industry, including products, risk management, and regulations
Pay Range and Compensation Package Guaranteed Base $45K annually, PLUS commission with an average 1st year total earnings range from $50-65K. Top performers can earn $75K+ in their second year and beyond.
