Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and accurately Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree preferred) Previous customer service experience preferred Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required Active Life & Health Insurance License required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
