Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our Houston team. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and serving as a primary point of contact between our company and our valued partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

Monitor account performance and provide regular updates

Address client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently

Support account growth through strategic upselling opportunities

Maintain accurate records and documentation
