The Senior Account Manager is responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to place new business and service some client accounts. The position requires supporting them in day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. The Senior Account Manager will have responsibility for placing new business and marketing process from start to finish for renewals. In addition, you will prepare materials for presentations and communications and assists team members with day-to-day client servicing. At this level, you take an active speaking role in client meetings. While in this role, you will be maintaining relationships with clients and carrier contacts and working proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients. Some Senior Account Managers may be responsible for managing their own block of business. You should have experience servicing clients within Personal Risk/Personal Lines – Mass Market Clientele.

This is a full‑time role with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. This role requires at least 3 days a week from our Miramar, FL office. Working in the office is essential for fostering your network, interactions and facilitating career development and mentorship of support staff. Being in‑office allows for spontaneous collaboration, immediate feedback, and stronger team relationships, all of which are crucial for your professional growth and success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works proactively to place new business. Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts. May lead client meetings for accounts assigned to them. The Senior Account Manager will have responsibility for managing the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and Advisors. Communicates directly with clients and carriers, in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive. Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures. Responsible for keeping client policy records in the agency management system. Will have an assigned book of business. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

Florida market experience is highly preferred. Spanish bilingual preferred. Ability to work a weekly hybrid schedule from our Miramar, FL. When working from home, you must maintain a private workspace to secure company equipment and correspondence; maintain high‑speed internet, be present and responsive online and minimize personal interruptions during your work shift. Knowledge of all areas of Personal Insurance/Personal Risk coverage is required. Demonstrated strong client servicing skills in the high‑net‑worth/private client group space. Experience with EPIC preferred or similar client management system required. Possess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner. Excellent written communication skills – writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written information. Self‑confident to make sound independent decisions. Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalities. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, decision‑making skills and problem resolution Able to work overtime as necessary. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines and technology. Education and/or Experience:

P&C License upon hire. Additional P&C designations preferred. Required 3 years of Personal Lines service and sales experience. Must have some experience at a retail brokerage or independent agency. Experience working with personal lines insurance carriers required. BA/BS preferred. HS Diploma or equivalent is required. Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

P&C Insurance License (2‑20 or 20‑44) required upon hire. What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $57,000 – $65,000 plus annual bonus. The base salary offered can be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
