Join us as a Invoicing Specialist Your main responsibilities NOTE: This is not a remote role
Bills between 10 and 13 offices.
Processes between 150 and 337 invoices monthly.
Completes customer forms.
Completes manual invoices.
Notarizes invoices and forms.
Supports local offices with special requirements for construction invoicing.
Works with local offices to get billings out in a timely manner meeting customer billing requirements.
Identifies billing opportunities in assigned offices.
Finalizes billing for assigned offices.
Handles completing email requests.
Provides out of office backup coverage.
Monitors the forms box in the office.
Prints, scans, emails other billers’ spools.
Handles FedEx requests.
Uploads 3rd party invoices if not completed by assigned individual.
Participates in or leads monthly conference calls to identify billing issues / gaps.
Processes LOAs for Advanced Billing less than standard 35%.
What you bring
Good analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
Self‑motivation and strong follow‑up skills to achieve results in a timely and efficient manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, contracts, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
