We are seeking a driven and influential
Real Estate Recruiter
to help attract, identify, and secure top-producing agents for a growing brokerage.
This is a full-time, non-selling position designed for a high-performing real estate professional who thrives on recruiting conversations, building relationships, and driving measurable growth through talent acquisition.

Compensation
On-Target Earnings:
$100,000+
Performance-based bonuses (eligible after 60 days)
Paid Time Off (PTO)
$60,000 – $70,000 yearly base salary
Responsibilities
Proactively source and recruit high-quality real estate agents
Conduct weekly recruiting appointments and interviews
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents
Follow up consistently to convert prospects into hires
Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company goals
Onboard new associates and ensure a strong transition
Maintain consistent contact with recruited agents
Support productivity conversations and goal setting
Collaborate with leadership to increase retention and performance
Track recruiting metrics and conversion ratios
Monitor agent count growth and productivity trends
Support leadership with market research and competitive insights
Qualifications
2–3+ years of sales or recruiting experience
Proven history as a top-producing agent preferred
Demonstrated recruiting or relationship-building success
Strong communication and closing skills
Financial literacy, including familiarity with P&L concepts
MLS and real estate technology proficiency
Documented track record of achieving measurable results
