
Activities & Athletics Associate

The International School of Prague is looking for an organized and proactive Activities & Athletics & Associate to support our Middle and Upper School programs. Working in the A&A Office, you will play a key role in managing the administration and logistics of our diverse extra-curricular offerings.
Overall Purpose of the Position
Manage the administration for our Middle School (MS) and Upper School (US) programmes.
Strategically plan and execute events, programs, and projects in line with the school mission and learning principles. Co-lead the development and promotion of student leadership initiatives.
Work occasionally on weekends as required by the event schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and confirm MS & US seasonal offerings, including staffing and space logistics.
Ensure all spaces and places are booked and used appropriately for the whole school offering.
Oversee representative team trip logistics, including commitment letters, team rosters, and housing allocations.
Track and evaluate the establishment and maintenance of student-run activity clubs.
Source, monitor, and evaluate service providers that align with the school mission.
Manage the logistics and bookings for the "Week Without Walls" programme.
Contribute to the delivery and evolution of extra-curricular certified courses, such as the Duke of Edinburgh International Award and Sport Leaders Award.
Assist and deputize for the A&A Director when required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
Confident IT user, especially experienced in working with databases and digital systems
Passion for developing and improving programmes using research-based approaches
Self-driven, flexible, and open-minded
Fluent in English (Czech is desirable)
Desired Experience Required :
Experience in office administration supporting multiple concurrent programmes
Experience planning and delivering events (sports tournaments, festivals, conferences, etc.)
Preffered:
Coaching, leadership, or teaching certification
University degree
Experience in strategic programme planning aligned with wider organisational goals
Knowledge of pedagogical approaches within educational athletics and activities programmes
