We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity to join our Zip Water Sales team as a Direct Sales Account Manager. This role will be prospecting and growing business with new customers whilst developing relationships with existing clients to upgrade aged products installed.

This role will be covering across the South/South East part of the country. Travel is expected as part of the role. OTE - £60k What this role involves:

Driving delivery of both the monthly and annual sales target and build our future revenue stream via our project pipeline, based on our amazing credentials, patented technology, and after-sales care packages

Maintaining and growing new and existing business relationships

Working towards your Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and demonstrate an understanding of how you will achieve these in your 1-1 reviews

Maintaining customer account information by recording all activity, data, and issues on the CRM system (Salesforce)

Working with internal teams to ensure all customer queries are resolved seamlessly by Zip

Carrying out site visits and prospecting new business

Networking - To create or join an aligned manufacturers networking group to grow contacts within the local area.

Qualifications:

Previous background in account management & new business sales

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans that drive account growth.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a good understanding of GDPR compliance.

A proactive attitude towards prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
