Quick thinker, problem solver, relationship builder — and ready to make every auction day a success.**Minimum:*** A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.* The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.* Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus**Preferred:*** 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.* Previous experience in sales support role.* Bilingual English/SpanishCruise into the fast lane with us.
