You are the face of our Modulyss brand! Thanks to you, clients such as developers, architects, and project managers are inspired to use our high-quality flooring solutions to complete their projects. You are in daily contact with them and are known as a reliable business partner with high added value. You manage your portfolio constructively, always seeking new projects and making the necessary contacts to secure them. Who are you?
Ideally, you have experience in the project market in your region. Experience in the flooring sector is a plus but not mandatory; your network is more important. You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You are an entrepreneur at heart, a goal-getter who takes satisfaction in achieving targets and closing deals. You are a natural networker with extensive contacts, including (interior) architects, project developers, interior builders, contractors, installers, and distributors. You have a proactive approach and spot new opportunities—no chance escapes your attention. You understand that administration (CRM systems, preparing quotes, etc.) is a tool to achieve goals and ensure customer satisfaction. You communicate well and collaborate smoothly with colleagues across all departments (sales, customer service, quality, R&D, etc.). You are a true team player and work effectively with your fellow sales colleagues. You work independently, are organized, and take initiative. Preferably, you live in the Brussels region. You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French, and a good command of English is a plus. You work from home but actively participate in periodic sales meetings. You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). You hold a valid driver’s license B. What do we offer you
