
Commercial Real Estate Portfolio
Role Overview
The Analyst will support the oversight of a diversified commercial real estate portfolio, focusing on asset‑level performance, business plan execution, and strategic decision‑making. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, operating partners, and third‑party service providers to ensure assets are positioned to meet financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update property‑level business plans, including operating budgets, capital plans, and leasing strategies
Track performance against business plans and recommend tactical or strategic adjustments when needed
Evaluate lease proposals and manage the leasing process in coordination with partners and brokers
Conduct market research and provide insights to inform asset‑level decisions
Maintain regular communication with joint venture partners and external property teams
Perform valuation work and return analyses at both the asset and portfolio level
Support special initiatives such as hold‑sell evaluations, refinancing assessments, and sector‑specific projects
Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and support the disposition process when assets are marketed for sale
Review development plans, monitor progress, and evaluate funding requests
