Director, Emergency Dept

The Director will lead patient care services delivered in our 13-bed Emergency Department and may oversee other ancillary services. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in the management of staff and patient care in these settings. Demonstrated success in building high performance teams and mutually beneficial relationships with medical staff and colleagues in a collaborative and evidence based practice model are essential. Graduation from an accredited College of Nursing and Washington state licensure as a Registered Nurse is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an earned Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or closely related field with appropriate board certification. Consideration will be given to highly qualified candidates who are pursuing graduate education. Additional Information
