Job Description
Join our team as a Screen Printing/Embroidery Operator where you will operate screen printing or embroidery machines to produce high-quality apparel such as shirts, hats, pullovers, and sweatshirts. Your role will involve loading and unloading items onto the machines, ensuring precise alignment for production, conducting quality checks on prints and embroidery, and managing the packaging of finished products.
Responsibilities
Operate screen printing and embroidery machines to produce apparel.
Load and unload shirts, hats, and sweatshirts on printing and embroidery equipment.
Ensure correct alignment of apparel for the production process.
Conduct quality checks on prints, colors, sewing, and embroidery.
Alert team leads about any quality defects.
Package finished products.
Complete necessary documentation for production.

The work hours are either 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday. Overtime is available in addition to the regular schedule.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
